Padu33 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the padu33 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the padu33 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use padu33's services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and padu33 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the padu33 platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and padu33 reserves the right to cancel any account proven to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on padu33. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth and contact details. padu33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported a security compromise to us. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a padu33 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts or any other method to manipulate or exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, modify or interfere with any part of padu33's infrastructure or databases.
- Registering a fake account or using another person's information without their consent.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through the platform.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions or the VIP rewards programme in ways that violate the terms of the relevant offer.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, misleading or harmful to other users.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and further action under applicable Malaysian law.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the padu33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include TNG, FPX, Maybank, CIMB and other local methods listed in the platform's Deposit section.
Deposits made by users are final and non-refundable once credited to the gaming account balance, except in cases of a verified technical error confirmed by padu33. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details used for withdrawals are correct and registered in the name of the account holder.
Padu33 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals until identity verification is completed, particularly for requests exceeding certain limits or for accounts that have not been fully verified. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the chosen method and current technical conditions.
Any attempt to commit payment fraud, raise unauthorised chargebacks or use another person's payment method without consent is a serious violation and will result in account closure and legal action.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Padu33 maintains the platform with reasonable effort to ensure stability and security. However, the platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or game outcomes. padu33 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, or betting decisions made by users.
Intellectual Property
All content on the padu33 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code and brand names — is the exclusive intellectual property of padu33. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from padu33.
Third-Party Links
The padu33 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. padu33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Padu33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, multi-account usage, or activity harmful to the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may not be entitled to recover any remaining balance, depending on the circumstances of the breach.
Changes to These Terms
Padu33 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian jurisdiction.
